1. First day of travel must commence within 12 months from the date of purchase
2. A day is considered to be between the hours of 00:00am – 23:59pm
3. All passes are non-transferable to another person
4. Once travel has commenced the pass is non-refundable
5. Refunds requested prior to first sector of travel will incur 10% cancellation fee
6. All Passes are available for travel on any of Greyhound’s scheduled services
