An experience of a lifetime today – cruise out to an underwater world that is a dazzling kaleidoscope of color and brilliance – Agincourt Reef at the very edge of Australia’s Continental Shelf. It is a magnificent ribbon reef where you can experience first-hand the magic that is the Great Barrier Reef. You can snorkel or just stay dry and explore the stunning reef from the comfort of a Quicksilver semi-submersible craft, just one meter underwater. Watch the fish feeding from Quicksilver’s unique underwater viewing platform and underwater observatory. Enjoy a delicious tropical buffet lunch before returning to Port Douglas.

Visit the fascinating Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park, which has been built in a spectacular rainforest setting. Discover this ancient culture through bush food lessons, didgeridoo demonstrations and the famous Tjapukai Dance. A short distance away is the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway. This will take you directly above the canopy of the Barron Gorge National Park. En route to Kuranda, there are 2 stations where you can enjoy a walk through the rainforest and observe its beauty from spectacular lookouts. On arrival there is free time to explore the ‘village in the rainforest’, including the Heritage Markets. Later, board the Kuranda Scenic Rail for a historic journey traveling through some of the oldest rainforest in the world. Your journey winds through man-made tunnels, across bridges and around curves to arrive at its final destination, Freshwater Station.
